As yuletide carols are being sung by the fire, yuletide fists will be swung in the ring when countrymen Juan Dominguez and Yenifel Vicente rumble December 8.

The all-Dominican throwdown between two of the top 126-pound talents in the fight game is set for Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, New Jersey, as part of Fox Sports 1's Toe-to-Toe Tuesdays series (9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT)
Juan Dominguez, 29, comes into the fight unbeaten in 19 tries. Most recently, he stopped Mario Macias in the second round in May to score his 13th knockout. But now he steps up to take on Vicente in what will be the stiffest test of his career thus far.
“I am very motivated by this fight and this opportunity,” Dominguez said. “The preparation has been tremendous, and I am going to show all of my skills in the ring. I want a world title fight, and this is another obstacle in my way.”
Like Domingeuz, Yenifel Vincente (27-3-2, 19 KOs) is also 29. Although he's traveled a rockier path than Dominguez, he is coming off a pair of knockouts in his last two fights—a third-rounder over Manuel de los Reyes Herrera in July and a sixth-rounder over Reynaldo Villamiar in September 2014.
Prior to that, Vicente sufferd back-to-back defeats in 2014, part of a stretch in which all three of his losses came in a five-fight run.
“I know I have a very tough opponent in front of me, and that is why I am preparing harder than ever,” Vicente said. “I will be ready for anything Dominguez throws at me. This will be an action-packed fight.”
Also getting it going in Trenton is Keith Tapia (16-0, 11 KOs), who takes on Garrett Wilson (16-9-1, 9 KOs) in a 200-pound battle, while Immanuwel Aleem (14-0, 9 KOs) squares up with Carlos Galvan (11-3-1-, 10 KOs) in a clash of 160-pounders.
Three of Tapia’s last four fights ended in first-round knockouts for the native of Santurce, Puerto Rico. Aleem had a six-fight knockout streak come to an end his last time out, when he earned a six-round unanimous decision over Oscar Riojas.
